How long will it take to receive a license key?
In most cases you will receive your license key within a few minutes of your order. If you have not received it after 24 hours, please contact us.
eCheck Payment
Please understand that, if you pay by eCheck, it takes 3 to 4 business days for your payment to clear. Your license key will be sent after payment has cleared.
Electronic distribution
Our software products are distributed electronically. You will not receive any physical goods. Please download the software from this site.
Spam Filter
Please make sure your spam filter allows e-mail from xericdesign.com so you can receive your license key!
EarthDesk High-Resolution Cloud Access
EarthDesk's native cloud images are low-resolution. Purchasing a cloud access license will enable high-resolution cloud images for one year.
NOTE: EarthDesk for Windows does not yet support high-resolution clouds. All cloud licenses are valid for both Mac and Windows. We expect to release a Windows update soon.

PayPal Order System
PayPal will process your order and send you a receipt by e-mail.
Your license key will be sent in a separate e-mail from xericdesign.com.
Make sure your spam filter allows e-mail from xericdesign.com.
License keys are normally sent immediately. However, in rare cases, issuance may take 3 to 4 business days.
