How long will it take to receive a license key?
In most cases you will receive your license key within a few minutes of your order. If you have not received it after 24 hours, please contact us.
If you are purchasing an upgrade, please allow up to two business days.
What appears on my credit card statement?
Orders via SWREG will show as DRI*SWREG and may include the product name.
Sales Tax & VAT
As SWREG has several local offices, they are required to collect and remit sales tax in the US states of MN, CO, GA, IA, IL, NE, and UT.
All orders from within the European Union are also subject to local-country Value Added Tax. If you are not in the EU, VAT does not apply.
Electronic distribution
Please note that these products are distributed electronically and as such, you will not receive any physical goods. You may download the software from this site.

After ordering, you will receive an e-mail message. In most cases, this will contain a license key for the product(s) you purchased. However, in the case of some upgrades, the license key will be sent in a follow-up message. Note that as these products are distributed electronically, you will not receive any physical goods.
