    So what is pzizz?

    pzizz is a powerful new kind of insomnia treatment that's perfect for you if you have the kind of sleep problems where you can't switch off when in bed. It will help to quiet your mind, and gently ease you into restful sleep.

    Your personal sleep assistant

    The music files have been composed for pzizz specifically to enhance the desired state at each point in the program. As with the language files, they are selected by the processor with an algorithm in a structured random manner maximizing their effect and enabling the total flexibility of each program.

    The spoken suggestions that are used in pzizz, and the way in which they're spoken, produce maximum benefit for you every time you use it.

    How it works

    You've probably heard of relaxation CDs and guided sleep tracks. Well, pzizz works on the same principle but with a couple of unique variances.

    When you listen to the same thing over and over again, your subconscious soon learns what's coming next. It stops paying attention and 'switches off' - not good when you're relying on the spoken suggestions to give you guidance!

    So what we did was to split all the different elements of the recording (voice, music, sound effects) into what we call sound file 'bins'. These are further divided up depending on which section they come from (beginning, middle or end).

    When you want to create a soundtrack, pzizz uses a clever little algorithm and randomly selects different sound files from the bins and puts them together to make a new track for you. But it puts them together in a way that makes sense and they sound like they were recorded as a single track.

    You can choose how long you want to listen for - anything between 10 and 60 minutes. You are in control. Want a 12 minute track? No problem. 27 minutes? Absolutely. It's completely up to you.

    Customization

    You can also customize your pzizz tracks by choosing whether you want the voice to give you spoken suggestions throughout your nap, only at the beginning and end, or you can turn it off completely! You can adjust the volume and decide whether you like regular stereo or a really cool 3D effect we named 'Aurora'.

    Finally, you can store all your favorite settings in pzizz as 'presets' so when you want to make new tracks you simply choose 'select your preset(s),' indicate how many new tracks you want, and press 'export' or 'play'.

    These get exported to iTunes and you can then sync them with your iPod, burn them to CD or stream them to your WiFi enabled music system. It's up to you - pzizz is designed to fit your life.
